You know the drill. Try to choose 2 titles with similar price to maximize the discount. Btw, type 4K UHD on the search function on the link above to filter all the 4K movies

You're not going to get far with that kind of uncreative attitude.
You can get Goodfellas + Sicario both in 4k for a little over $23 OTD. That's good by today's standards!
Edit: Reservoir Dogs + Dirty Dancing combo is $27 so under $20 after discount!
You can also get The Predator /Predator 2/Predators (2010)/Predator (2018) [4K UHD]
+ Reservoir Dogs for ~$40
5 movies total for under $10 apiece.
there are some gems here if you dig!

I'm kinda with you on this.
Especially when the transfer is mediocre and or there no audio upgrade!
Thats where having a good player comes in handy!
IF it's even a movie I want to upgrade, I have no problem waiting for $10 & under new or used.
Skyfall is a perfect example, mediocre PQ transfer & no AQ upgrade.

I think it's specifically has to do with how they apply the discount. It's not buy one, get one half off.
It's buy 2, get half off the lowest one applied towards the individual costs of the both (or all?) discs.
Like the Rocky collection is $82.10, and the Lord of the rings trilogy is $67.80, but you get $18.56 off Rocky, and and $15.34 off LOTR at checkout.
It's probably to avoid people getting away with one really cheap item, and returning the more expensive one.
