That right shift key layout (it being shorter to accommodate the arrow keys) ruins it for me. I had a logitech keyboard with a built in trackpad back in the day like this that was a nightmare for me to use - always pressing up when trying to capitalize a letter. I wasn't ever able to get used to it.

This the most recommended low profile keyboard in 2025 but who knows if I liked it or not.

I actually just got it this morning. The shipping said it was out for delivery in Los Angeles and I'm in Colorado so that was a little nerve wracking but it came and is perfect. 10/10. Would buy again.

Got this one in the kickstarter. It's a very comfortable typing experience - "like typing on a cloud" according to a coworker who tried it. If it's the same model as in the kickstarter it does include backlighting
