Amazon's own 200 count 20 mg famotidine tablets, which sell for $9.61 (4.81 cents/tablet or 2.41 cents per 10 mg) which is the more economical option by 15 percent. https://www.amazon.com/Basic-Care...B074F18H
Of course, this assumes you either have an use for max strength (20 mg) tablets, or you know how to break it apart to use it at different times. On the other hand, if you only have 10 mg tablets and have a serious hearburn you can simply take two of these 10 mg tablets.
ETA: the Amazon brand also comes in 400 count, which is even cheaper per tablet (and also per 10 mg) by 25%. The only unknown is the expiration date. Four hundred pills is a lot; good for a year if fresh.

I know, I miss zantac, but these work for me, also switching to dark roast coffee made a big difference too
