Been using this on my truck as I'm gone for months at a time. So far so good over 6 months. Don't see the need so far to move up to the 10 watt.

The price history indicates this is the regular price. And contrary to the slickdeal description, the product details on Amazon don't mention connectors for OBD anywhere--just the panel, alligator clamps, and suction cups.

Fix the title/description. Product does not seem to have an OBD connection.

Back up to $30, so 15 is not the regular price apparently

Be careful with this on smaller equipment (ATVs or Motorcycles). I've wanted one for a while to maintain an ATV remotely. Within 3 months the Voltage regulator on the ATV burned out. I can't say it was because of the solar charger with certainty, but, after a bit of searching, others have had the same problem. I stopped using it but if I were to use it again, I would disconnect the battery from the ATV and then charge it.

Mine came with OBD connector adapter cable - same length as battery clamps, 17 inches. The cable attached to panel is about 57 inches.

I'm 100% certain that picture and description including the OBD adapter were not present when I looked at the listing two days ago.

Thanks for heads up. Mine is reading 12.x V now, but a reviewer noted 16V output, which can be damaging to those smaller regulators.
The manufacturing budget for the integrated PWM/battery maintainer circuits are so slim after the (also cheap) panel, its a matter of when (not if) it fails. I looked for a commodity hobbyist mppt/charger board, but yeah, not really worth it for its <5W output.

A NOCO panel kit also had its regulator die. It's a separate unit with the overkill connectors, but just not worth replacing either. The hot interior car temps don't help reliability.

The regulator on the motorcycle / ATV itself doesn't come into play when you connect a power source directly to the battery.
