It does, but it depends on the thickness. Works with my Torras, but that's a very thin and flat case. Doesn't work with my wife's more bulky magsafe case.
The listing says no. There are other chargers like this that are MagSafe ready
My iPhone lets me set the maximum charge anywhere between 80% and 100%.
