I haven't seen deals for SGU on bluray, so I don't know what the historic low is on this set, but other places seem to carry it regularly for around $50.
If you don't care about physical media, I've seen some deals in the past for the digital version for as low as $7. However, TV shows aren't Movies Anywhere compatible (as that applies only to movies, hence the name). I have been building my collection of physical media to then rip and add to a self-hosted Jellyfin server. I get the benefit of digital, but no subscription or proprietary service, plus I can also watch all the bonus features that come with the movies and shows. Downside is the hassle of ripping the blurays and categorizing them, and the initial setup of the self-hosted server. But I digress.
I really started to like SGU by the time it got canceled. I already have SG1 and Atlantis, which I recently finished another watchthrough.
