Looks like they (Take-Two) are getting a lot of flak for their new invasive/broad EULA. But this is still a good deal... I'll pick it up and keep it tucked away in my library until they get themselves sorted out.
Nintendo has the same sort of EULA, and they've sold out of their new $500 Switch.
Yes, Nintendo has access to your Nintendo Switch, Sony has access to your Playstation, and Microsoft has access to your Xbox(and PC if you run Windows, lol).
