My toddler loves this. We also have the ubiquitous plastic vtech.

Pros: much less annoying than the vtech, quiet

Cons: more difficult to turn and push over high pile carpet, grass, gravel etc

Also, will hurt like a b!tch if your toddler runs it over your toes
