What I sometimes do is get things that would add up to being the cost of the free item.

$1 Dave's single ($5.49 in my area, $7.25/hr fed state)

Junior frosty for $1

Even though I am getting a better deal, (more spread between the value of the single and the amount I am spending), it would make sense to cheap out as well to get the best price. So maybe not always trying to get as much as the free item is worth in terms of value.

Add Junior Fries are $1.19 in Texas for a complete meal (I drink water).

If anyone thinks that they can add some bacon and get the burger, think again. They force you to get another item.

Good qa. I never really think to drink soft drinks in the morning. Will have to take a closer look at the physical adverts.

It is not in my app either, currently.

Then that means $1 Jr frosty and one Dave's single. Less sugar ingested. Fine with that.

People are running around desperately trying to find something for $1, why?

Can confirm - morning hours only and the prices are just in the drink section, not offers which lets you stack with a deal. Earlier this week I did a $2 breakfast croissant w/ purchase and the $1 drink worked.

Here in LA, a cookie is the cheapest item on the menu at $1.59. A jr hamburger $1.99, jr fry is an absurd $2.99, 4-piece nuggets $3.49.

Some locations still have the meal deal 4 for 4 in the app though - just don't make any changes to it. The drink is I believe a 12-ounce drink though now.

This deal was in effect for the entire month of March last year! I'm just pointing out that this deal sucks (relatively speaking), since it's only available one day per week.
