3 sizes, all silicone coated stainless steel whisk will work on tricky items like lemon curd that normally would get a metallic taste from the acid leaching the metal. If you wash in the dishwasher put whisk into utensils caddy with handle on top to prevent water penetration into the handle where the wires go in.

If you use stainless steel or cast iron cookware instead of nonstick then you don't need the silicone coating and can get better air incorporation with metal on metal strokes.
