Just a loyalty discount that lasts for 12 months. This is probably from the last fiasco where it was in people's account but they didn't qualify and Verizon refused to honor it.

Looked under my Internet/Fios acct and there was a $10.00 offer. Verizon jacked up my price the last year and now they are giving me back some of it, but not all. Thanks OP
