Got one of these a couple weeks ago and I like it. It's comfortable, feels good in the hand. The detachable USB-C cable, plus no battery or wireless radio, plus hall effect sticks, means it should last a good long time. Never used hall effect sticks before, but these feel normal, if a bit on the light side -- I'd compare them to the DualShock 3 sticks.
Negatives: the triggers have a shorter throw compared to the current Sony and Xbox controllers, which is going to bother some people. It's also not a controller for real big hands -- my hands are kind of medium-big, and if they were just a little bigger then it would be a problem.
EDIT: Should have mentioned that I got it because I wasn't satisfied with the d-pad on the Xbox Series controller (which I was using for PC games). The d-pad on this is better -- not perfect, but better.

How does this feel compared to a regular Xbox controller?

About the same size. The sticks feel like they have better control. The ABXY buttons feel cheaper in direct comparison, but I've had fewer misses on this controller than xbox, plus they are a lot quieter. There is a funky L3/R3 button tucked on the inner sides of the triggers. Windows picks them up in direct mode, but not in normal mode. Overall, I prefer it to the xbox controller after a couple hundred hours of use and it's holding up better.
