Yes, have shopped with them without any issues.
They are somehow connected to a bunch of the outlet store malls, or run by the same company, so it is definitely legit.
This is a really lightweight shirt, but good for exercising in hot climate. Less so for just wearing around.

I believe you can remove the extra charge using other payment methods, might be just a webpage bug for ApplePay. But agree it's shady that they add it by default.
