Got strawberry blast for $16.22, similar to what I paid for it about a year ago. 200 mg seems to be the perfect amount or caffeine for me from a 16 oz can.

I was getting into these for awhile. Seemed less full of exotic herbs and such. Then I got strange kidney issues that stopped when I dropped these. I've come to see all energy drinks as dangerous. C4 wasn't the worst either.

One a day probably isn't enough for the red lights to go off.
I never had a habit - just a couple of weeks when I was moving hours a day.
I would have 3 and had a couple times but 3 was enough.
I read a lot of articles about energy drinks causing problems.
Some herbs are just like medicines and can have side effects

Well duh 3 of these a day is a bad idea! That's 600 grams of caffeine per day — way too much and bound to cause sleep problems which no doubt will contribute to health problems as well

It's not, and same thing with their Cosmic Rainbow flavor (previously Skittles).
The originals were better and actually tasted like Starburst or Skittles. There's something off about the new ones.
