This is a terrible value for the price. Literally any of the lower or mid end TCL 98 or Hisense 100 inch TVs over the past two generations have this Samsung beat on price, quality, and features.

Can you actually day quality tho? Features and price yes but idk about quality. Seems to be a pretty mixed bag with TCL and HiSense. And these things are huge so do you really wanna buy a huge TV you have deal with replacing in 2 or 3 years? Fwiw I wouldnt buy this because its a decidedly average TV size is pretty much all you get but I wouldn't jump to hisense or TCL without thinking strongly about it.

Mixed quality for higher trim TLC or Hisense are thing from 2016. They are pretty consistently good. Their expensive models have way less lemons than low end Samsung models like this one

This is false.

When you buy a TCL or HiSense youre gambling quality/reliability for features. My mother has a TCL and she already had ti replace it under extended warranty. It was originally bought 2 years ago now.

Great picture. The brightness is insane. But Ive never had a problem with low level Samsung or LG screens before... let alone after <2 years.
