I got this 2 days ago after $10 discount with $ 39.99 at the local Costco. All my searches were showing $60-$80 online. Not sure how great this machine is but if it functions well, then the price is amazing.

If you have a power drill, you can just buy the brush attachment heads for a fraction of the price
edit: if you plan to scrub your ceilings, underwater, or don't want to look silly, apparently this is better than a drill 👍

Is your power drill water proof?

Most drills are going to at least be water resistant, I doubt we will be dunking them. Underwater

Is your drill extendable to reach the top of the shower room?

That's what I thought but after getting this, I realized having a dedicated motorized scrubber like this at this price is a no brainer because it comes with so many useful high quality scrubbing/brushing heads, and with super easy attaching mechanism. It's water resistance. It also comes with extension wand attachment to scrub high surfaces. It's very sturdy and well built. A power drill with attachment heads is cumbersome and looks silly.

I tried this but from experience, it is not worth it. I got this costco one but didn't use yet.

Is it suitable for scrubbing bottom of the pool? Pictures show it being used in the aquarium, fully submerged but if someone has first-hand experience - please share.

This thing is so pointless.. have it sitting in my shower rn. Cleaning efficacy is slightly better than elbow grease and you're constantly fighting the rotating head dragging you around.

Lots of comments saying it leaves black marks. My showers are white so will pass.

I purchased this a few months ago and i love it!!! It's so easy to use and really cleans the shower! Just fyi I do not like to use the power drill in the shower since it's not waterproof.

IPX7 rated so 1 meter up to 30 minutes. It wouldn't be good for a pool.

I just have a small above the ground pool that needs a bit of scrubbing every now and then, figured this would make my life a bit easier.

The deal was posted a few months back, same price.

If you have more questions, they may be answered in the thread linked above.

I'm still debating getting one because I'm still not that familiar with the Hoto brand and hwo reliable they are.
