Yeti is discontinuing this format which is why it's marked down by 25%. This deal is also available direct from Yeti as well as their authorized retailers like Dick's. You might be able to find additional colors at those retailers. For example, Yeti's Amazon storefront is pricing the new colors (beekeeper and papaya) at $20, while Academy is offering the discounted price of $15.
I've linked the promo details from Yeti's site.

I bought one of these at Dick's yesterday. They are great for slowly sipping on beverages or splitting a larger drink with someone. Small enough to pack in my personal item luggage or carry with me everywhere. Small lid means lower surface area for hot/cold loss. Now that I know they are being discontinued I think I need another!

I bought a Yeti insulated cup from a slickdeals offer on aamazon a few months ago. I no longer keeps beverages cool and wasn't dropped. Overpriced and overhyped trash imho. Better to get a no name brand and save your money.

What did they say when you contacted them for warranty replacement?

For that I recommend the "hot shot" cap for hot drinks. It locks sealed shut when you want it, twist to open for 360° sipping when you want. For cold drinks I think the regular chug cap is good.

I'm still looking for the BUILT brand stainless. I don't need spill proof, just spill some. So I removed part of the lid..

I'm confused, this is one of the few Yeti's I bought specifically for the size and shape... why are they discontinuing it or what is the replacement? It was literally my ideal cup aside from, as mentioned, it is really only spill resistant.

Why waste my time? The whole point of the warranty, just like insurance, is for the issuer not to pay the claim.

Can't argue with that logic

They work ok, but I always forget whether it's open or not. Then again, same with my fly, so could be a me problem.
