BECAUSE Boeing has dragged their feet on TWO jets to replace the existing aging AF1 for SEVERAL years (at a cost of $4 Billion) - originally slated for 2024, now pushed back to 2027. People (well, you know which) are freaking out because America received a "gift" from a foreign country to use as AF1... NOT realizing the jet will be stripped and refitted as would any jet from Boeing.

Anyway, bought the Steelbook. I only had it on DVD so a nice 4K upgrade. Hope it's a decent transfer. Thanks OP for another impulse buy !

The fact that Trump intents to keep it after he leaves office is a bigger concern than it being a "gift" for America. It's a gift for Trump, and that is completely concerning.

Why can't we get Trump onto a 737max8??

Only halfway kidding, the 737-based BBJ has a lot of configurations, but I don't think airframes smaller than a 747 can really handle all the crew, ECM, and security countermeasures like radiation shields, chaff, flares.... Plus range.

In the spirit of grift-giving, I support the move.
