I got one of these a few days ago. It was listed in excellent condition. It didn't come with the original box, it didn't come with the s pen, it also had terrible screen burn. It was the old display model and the sticker on the bottom said it had been on display since March of 2024. I'm not sure how that was considered excellent condition

I had a similar experience when purchasing a Lenovo Yoga 7 in excellent condition. Not in original box, not packaged well for shipping, screen was scratched, power brick missing plug cord and stuff attached to Velcro. Also got all scratched and a dent during shipping due to bad packaging.

I'd be less annoyed if it wasn't marked as excellent. They told me if I had the warranty they would repair or replace it. They'd just give me what I paid back. So I returned mine.

I swear it's always a gamble with buying "excellent" open boxes. Their quality control is crap.

Great price if it were New. Don't believe the list price reflects market value since a Macbook Pro can be had for the same price.
