For the trap you manually remove it anyway, it's not difficult.
For deeper clogs in the pipes downstream, get a snake tool like this https://www.homedepot.c
Also some new faucets like moen with the pop up stopper, maybe most of new faucets, the stopper just pulls out of the bathroom sink, you don't even need the zip it tool anymore for those.
