I pulled the triggered this time. I've been debating whether I should rewatch all of these classics in the theater. As much as I love the experience of movie theaters, I can't justify paying for 6 movie tickets when I can watch all 6 for $25 at home.

Purchased. But I can't play the one with Japanese audio. It's there under iTunes Extras, but the audio is still English? Anyone has the same issue?

Digital and not Movies Anywhere. Oof. Not worth it unless you exclusively use Apple TV.

Which movie in particular? The ones I have tried have worked

Did you do that through the Apple TV app, or is that on your computer? My GF just got this deal because of the Japanese version included, but as far as we can tell, the only way to watch the Japanese version is on a computer.

AppleTV. For example on My Neighbor Totoro, pull it up in Appletv where it shows the info, then scroll down to "Extras". This brings up the menu for things like the Japanese version. A lot of movies will have iTunes Extras and it'll be all the extra stuff you'd find on a Blu-ray Disc. Hope this helps!

Hmm, just tried on her iPad. The movie info page shows the extras with Japanese audio, but tapping it doesn't do anything.

I would check that the iPad is authorized properly to play it as that's what happens if I click extras on a movie I don't own

Great deal but wish it was MA compatible.

Why? Apple TV is the best platform. It has the highest bitrate. You don't need an Apple device, either. The app is on every smart TV and most game consoles. Plus, if these ever get 4K upgrades, Apple will upgrade them for free.
