Wheels under $200 each for custom offsets is hard to find. Tirerack has similar clearance deals but will be for factory (or close to it) offsets.

I was able to get 22x11 custom offset wheels for $1096 which you will be hard pressed to find anywhere. They were 31.5 lbs so not much heavier than fully forged wheels.
