Haven't had this terribly long, but I can definitely see it as a buy and never look back dustbuster option.

Yes, I have high expectations for tools, and this one is excellent, whether in stick or canister configuration.

If you want to use as a dust collecting vac, you need to buy the adapter dvc9000 and dvc9010.

Thanks for sharing the deal! The vac is ok; HEPA is pointless as you rip out the filter full of dust to empty the bin like any other Dustbuster, dumping fine particles back into the air that you just agitated… otherwise pretty strong for a stick, great to clean a workbench or floor after some cutting. The bin is pretty small so you'll be dumping it often on anything other than a small job.

Well you can empty the filter in an outside garbage thus at least transferring the particles from inside to outside, but agree that emptying it inside is a fools errand.

These are great vacs. I have Dewalt stuff, so I have plenty of batteries.
I mainly use it for cleaning up around my woodstove during the burning season.

would this be okay to use cleaning a pellet grill(ashes). Anyone know if the knock off on amazon are about as good? I just need something to clean the grill and maybe for the car.
