First off, for anyone considering purchasing this tv, I'd recommend purchasing from best buy instead of amazon. It's the same price ($2200), but best buy is offering free installation (details here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/prom...select-tvs ) along with the free delivery: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hise.../6621488.p

Tv specs: https://static.pcrichard.com/docs...eet_01.pdf

Moving on to the tv itself, I really don't know how to judge the value of it considering there don't seem to be any reputable reviews of the larger QD7QF models yet. The QD7 series are typically hisense's lower-midrange (more low-end than midrange) models, in fact the 65" and smaller QD7QF models have a 60hz native refresh rate and lack hdmi 2.1. In terms of current year 100" hisense tvs, to the best of my knowledge there are three higher end (mainstream) US models above the 100QD7QF: the 100U65QF (currently $2600), the 100U75QG (currently $3000), and the 100U8QG (currently $5000). A displayspecifications comparison with most of the specs (I can't guarantee the accuracy, and some information is incomplete) can be found here: https://www.displayspecifications...4c9230bddf

Assuming the specs are accurate and the higher end 100U65QF only has 608 local dimming zones, I imagine (speculation on my part) that the 100QD7QF has even fewer, which would be extremely disappointing. I have a strong suspicion that getting a discounted prior gen 100" mini-led hisense u7 or tlc qm7 would offer a far better value. Either way, there's no way to know for sure until reviews come out, but I'd personally lean towards avoiding this tv over $2000 until it's properly reviewed.
