I had a different experience. I love Harry's razors sold at costco. I'm not sure if they are any different, but I can use them several times to shave my head with smooth passes and no nicks or cuts. Quality to me is a notch below the overpriced Gillette Mach razors. I tried to use theese Amazon basics to save a buck and they are horrific. Might as well pluck my head hair. I too called for a refund after 1 use.
The handle is metal and has a premiumish feel. If I go a few day's without shaving it will absolutely feel like hair is being ripped out, when I shave everyday it's noticeably better than the disposable triple blades I usually get.
Do you also shave with Gillette before going into shower 😬
