Looking for something like this to blend ingredients for recipes and make personal smoothies.
Reading reviews, it sounds like the rubber gasket comes off this regularly for some folks. Anyone have experience with this or other small type of blenders?
I have a Vitamix, but quite frankly, I hate it. The thing is huge, so it requires tons of liquid/ingredients, and despite everyone saying it's the bee's knees, it does a bad job blending (requiring constant shaking and tampering). Probably my biggest regret for kitchen appliances (please put away your pitchforks, Vitamix homies). I thought of buying the smaller blender pitcher or attachment to replace the massive one, but the cost was very high (similar to getting a new blender), and people seem to dislike it.

I ended up buying one, but have not used it in the past.
I was in the market for a small blender in the $50 range, but didn't like what I was finding. Most of the low end ones (Bella, Hampton Bay) were pure junk, I've had both and they burn out quick.
Seems most personal blenders under the $50 range were 250W and would not be enough for a lot of the frozen, ice, and nut blends. Ninja Fit at $60 was 700W, but reviews showed it didn't quite blend as well as NutriBullet.
This seemed to fit the bill, and the larger cup sizes and ability to lock in to blend were nice touches. Vitamix was a bit out of my price range for what I plan to use this for

I had the Ninja Foodi bowl maker and Nutrient extractor blender, it lasted about 2 years when it started to get noisy and smell like smoke/burning and and it was passing that flavor to the smoothies 🤢 Then I noticed that it was the blade kind of getting stuck and found a tip on YouTube how to fix it but then with time it started leaking.
I got the Nutribullet Ultra like a week ago and I still don't know how I feel about it, it's leaving a few little chunks of fruit (I usually use frozen fruit) which wasn't a problem with the Ninja BUT that one has a smoothie setting but when it got noisy I only let for like 25 seconds and it blended fine. I have left the Nutribullet about the same and it has chunks of fruit, since the Nutribullet is more simple it doesn't show the seconds like the Ninja

Interesting, and unfortunate since I plan to use a lot of frozen fruit. Should get it in today and can give it a shot.
