I dont know a lot about these, but to my understanding, the 4 panel 160w panels are the older versions of the 160w panels

great deal for camper or vanlife.. no custom build needed, i would sell one panel and keep one, then buy the alternator charger from ECoflow to charge battery through car

Get the refurbished Delta 2 Max from eBay for $679. Add third party panels and you would save enough to buy a refurbished alternator charger.
