just go outside
My job wont let me go outside for 1.5 hours at 1:00pm to get my daily dose. But August isnt that far away, and I can go outside for 20 minutes then. Too bad that only lasts for a couple weeks.

I mean, considering the jury is still out on if sunblock hinders vitamin D production, a deal on a supplement is most definitely slick vs the go outside argument.

You literally only need 5-10 minutes of sun exposure per day to get your Vitamin D in the summer! In the dead of winter, here in northeast Ohio, that number goes up to that 1.5 hours. But yeah, I understand what you're saying. I have a bottle of this exact product for those stretches of overcast in the winter.

These actually work well. Because of my work location and schedule I hardly sees the sun, on one of my blood tests my doctor noted that my vitamin D level was only about 30% of the normal value. Doctor asked me to take 4 capsules of these every day, and after 2 years it brought my vitamin D level to normal.

Interesting. It took you 2 years to correct the deficiency at a dose of 8,000 IU per day?

yup. I guess my body just doesn't absorb vitamin D very well LOL Also I am on a low fat diet, I think I read somewhere that fat is essential for the absorption of vitamin D4.

It can take several weeks to months depending on body composition

Usually, these things are about to expire..the last time I ordered and it was about to expire in a month. Please check when you receive the product. I am not saying this one falls under that category but there is a possibility.

Yeah let's take something that's manufactured in China instead of free God-given sunshine
