I just get them on ebay (genuine brand), always a lot cheaper than retail. I just got a G3 4-pack for $13.
How do you know those are genuine replacement head?
Do you have a picture of the chip(underneath) the replacement head to share?
We can tell you if it is real or counterfeit.

How do I know these aren't fake? Amazon can be sketch sometimes as opposed to WM or target

This is a pretty decent deal.I usually buy the Diamondcleans at Costco when they're on sale but I'm in for one here.
is it cheaper than costco though?

I just ordered it two days ago, so I haven't received it yet, but I'll check for the chip when it arrives. I purchased from a seller that seems to sell miscellaneous scratch-and-dent type items, so it was a one-off item with photos of the actual item with some superficial damage to the packaging. There are some sellers that have a lot of stock, use stock images, and the ship-from location is just "US" without a specific city/state -- I suspect those are probably counterfeit, so I avoid those. This is actually my first time buying Sonicare heads (new toothbrush for my mom). I personally have a Oral-B that I've had for 10 yrs and I've always gotten replacement heads on ebay without issue following the seller/listing-profile described above; however, the Oral-B heads don't have a chip.
Did you receive your replacement heads yet? Did you check the chip to make sure it is genuine?

Yes, received and confirmed the chip: https://imgur.com/a/n2oel0z

Like I previous described, best practice to avoid likelihood of counterfeit product is to choose listings that are a one-off item or few qty with actual item photos and avoid listings with large qty, stock images and non-specific ship-from location.
