YMMV but I've not had any issues with Corsair's Revival items. I currently use two K100 Airs, one for home and one for work, both of which were Revivals, and have had 0 issues with either. They both visibly appeared as if they were new in box.
I just received mine and it does not include the palm rest or WASD key-caps. I ordered the palm rest from Corsair for $14.99 and key caps from ebay.I'm loving this keyboard though. I moved from the K70 and I'm definitely enjoying the K100 more.
Just received mine as well with no Palm Rest. How did you get it for 14.99? It's 25 now.

I just got my K100 air revived and it does look like new. Love it so far.
