The price is great so I went to read the reviews. In the negative reviews a lot of people state it stopped workinng6after a couple of months, slow charge, heats up. Otherwise 4.5 stars. What do you think?

look again, it doesn't say anywhere on the page that its a 2-pack... in fact it actually states its for a single charger:

[You will get] 1x portable charger 10000mAh,1x User Manual. 1x Trovel Pouch

I have a totally fine working power bank but am really tempted to get this. I've used this same form factor battery and the design is absolutely perfect. Same size as a phone so it's easy to hold in your hand. LED display of battery remaining. Integrated cable. Super tempted.

What people don't think about is all products, especially electronics, have an acceptable failure rate depending on the kind of electronics and a lot of other factors that are set by each manufacture. Common is 4% to 15%. So that's your negative reviews right there. Everybody's destined to get a lemon once in a while, but if it has 4.5 stars, obviously most of the people were happy so there's no reason to AVOID. Except maybe your comment….

I'd say we're on opposite sides of the fence. Why should they AVOID my opinion but adopt yours? Whether its the first or last lemon in the batch, id still be bummed if it happened to me. Go for it, if it tickles your fancy. Better deals from more reliable brands have popped up over the last month and I've gotten 2 or 3 of them. To each their own

You have no idea the actual numbers on any of these brands and which ones are more reliable or not. Just because a brand is more well-known and they spend a shit ton on advertising doesn't mean it's a better quality unit.

And that is why there is a promo code for a reason. To sell defective item for slightly cheaper by few cents (jack up price and then give discount).

Regular price is $10-12 for one and around $20 for two power banks nowadays.

Say for example, I bought below item about a year ago for slightly less than $20, two portable chargers at regular price and no promotional code. Now it is available for around $ 17. Also it is 15000 capacity.

Again, I am not endorsing any products but just saying about this discount and promo code scams in marketing world!

This doesn't seem like a good dean, 8000-1000mah usually go for $10, and 20000 mah for $20.
