i try to avoid baking mixes with aluminum phosphate

That's wild! I feel like it's an excuse to get rid of her because of the exact opposite of their reasoning😟 She was an icon and now I won't ever be buying unfortunately.

Thanks, I was wondering how they compared.

Has anyone tried both? The Kodiak one is pretty bland but edible. Does this one taste any better?

Personally not the biggest fan of either of these two mixes. I prefer Premier Protein's mix, slightly higher calories and less fiber but it tastes infinitely better. It's usually sold at Walmart.

Thanks for the suggestion, I added it to my next grocery pickup.

Gross! Kodiak is better! We bought and returned this as it tasted very bitter and the texture was off.

If you're looking for protein pancakes and are considering this vs Kodiak...go Kodiak. Aside from the macronutrients being better (less sugar) Kodiak uses whey protein as its main protein ingredient(with a little wheat protein as well). Pearl uses primarily soy protein as its main protein source with just a little whey added. While its not the end of the world, whey is a superior protein source, and I'd want to go with the one that uses more whey. (for those that care)
