And this wifi6 system is $800. Just because a cheap mesh says wifi 7, doesn't mean it's better than a high end wifi 6

Not everyone needs wifi7. This seems like a solid price for a mesh system that will be mor than enough for most homeowners without breaking the bank. Not everyone chases what's next.

Sorry, I disagree.

Buying last year's model is a great way to save some money, but it is a fool's errand with Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is still in its infancy and the difference between 6 and 7 is huge. Even if you don't have 7 devices now, you will soon and you will not be able to benefit from the increased performance and stability and reliability with 7.

I wouldn't say run out and replace a good working Wi-Fi 6 system, but if you are buying new, replacing Wi-Fi 5, etc. don't waste your time with a 6 or even 6E, buy a 7, they are backward compatible for your old stuff.

Fair enough but not many can afford to spend what a good wifi 7 would cost. It's just out of reach for most people. That's usually the case with always future proofing.

I agree with that, always within the budget. It is just this is $500 and at that price you are in Wi-Fi 7 territory

I just bought a WiFi7 setup from TP-Link for less than $400 on Amazon from a deal on this site. This Wifi6 package doesn't seem like a hot deal

Wifi 7 prices seem high.
Some of the devices that I have been watching that are a year old are still showing right around the same price as when they were released last year.

I already asked but if missed I'll ask again(i did get one reply but looking for another). Can someone link me to a solid wifi7 mesh with router and 2 satellites, like the setup in this deal? Please and thank you. Someone mentioned one but no info other than they got one.

Honestly, if you're going to drop $500+ on a wireless system, just run a wire and get Ubiquiti. A Dream 7 and a U7 will probably cover as much volume as this "7500SF" system and the interface UI is night and day better than Orbi.
