They are just chicken boxes with pieces in each. The photo was botched because one cannot even see the boxes fully in frame.

The takeaway is that Taco Bell uses KFC tender meat to make their chicken nuggets. Enjoy.

Nuggets seem be pieces of actual white meat chicken breast. Surprisingly good! The spicy chipotle sauce and creamy avocado sauce both pair very well with the nuggets.
