From what I can tell, the lowest price ever (going back to 2018) was $12 in 2019. In the last year, the price on Amazon hasn't dropped below $13.98 I think.

This stuff is sold in store in many brick and mortar stores across the country like Walmart and Target. I don't think it's nearly as niche as some of the deals that get posted here.
