Personally wouldn't recommend any cheap outdoor solar lights. I have 5 different brands all over my property and 40% fail within 3 years, all brands. If they don't fail their output is crap anyway after a few years.

Most likely the battery needs to be replace, 2 or 3 years is decent.

Find out the type of battery and replace them.
Most of the name brands rechargeable batteries will be better then default ones

If you break down the price point versus the amount of time these seem to last, even if they last two years, that is a very inexpensive one or two years investment. Anytime I've ordered things like this in the past regardless of the brand, I always have to remind myself that I'm going to be replacing them in a year or two. Unless they are wired, they will always gradually go down in quality and eventually need to be replaced. I think it's unrealistic to expect something that costs $13 to last for the rest of your life. But that's just me.... And something tells me that even these cheap crappy lights are going to start being less cheap soon so might be a good time to stock up
