Holy crap this is a good deal. 6 tools plus the storage box for $500 is stellar. If somebody isn't already in an ecosystem and doesn't have any of these tools then this is a great entry point.

I got this for around the same price 4 years ago. It's probably higher end than I need, just doing DIY stuff around the house, but it's been a great set. Never had an issue with it, and it takes care of just about everything I need around the house.

The only negative is that now I'm in the Dewalt ecosystem and sometimes I just want to buy a crappy tool since I know I'm not going to use it enough to justify paying for quality.

Was a price mistake at 99, hd cancelled the orders for a lot of us, but fedex dropped them off at our houses after we were refunded. Many people got 3 free sets, I received one for free
