I'm not familiar with the Dollar General deal. But if it's just a standard "$10 off $30" promo (i.e., you buy $30 of P&G products and Dollar General takes $10 off your total, such that you pay $20), then it should count as a $20 purchase, meaning you can redeem for $5 rebate from P&G. But just make sure all your products are one of the Brands listed. For example, a Crest mouthwash WILL NOT work, but a Crest toothpaste WILL work.
