I had put net price $200 but mod or someone changed to $699.
I edited to $999 but it will ne net $200 after instant discount and 24 month credits.

This will be $500 for the phone, not $200 (PLUS 2 years of service!).
It's $500 net (plus service!) because they list the price is listed as $999 which is the price AFTER the $300 comes off. Then it's $500 back in credits over 2 years.
Only a deal if you are already in the market for service from Google Fi imo.

Yeah its not that great of a deal unless you're staying with google fi for 2 years.

Its $1000 upfront cost out of your pocket and none of it is coming back.

You get $500 / 24 months ( $20.83 discount per month for wireless service)

Monthly service ranges from $35-$65 per month. Even with the $20/month plan that does not include data (data extra $10 per GB)

At the $35 / month plan you'd be paying $15 / month for 24 months = $360

So you'd be paying $1360 + taxes and fee's for this phone and 24 months of their basic $35/ month plan.

Not a great deal.

I'd rather just pay it all upfront for a deal at Mint mobile $1280 with 1 year of wireless service their highest unlimited plan with hotspot and unlocks after 1 year.

Beware. Just bought a pixel XL pro from fi. They didnt apply the 300 off instantly and didn't receive a monthly credit on my first bill. Support is zero help, and now I'm scared to return the device as my primary email is tied to Gmail.

My older brother , a computer scientist software developer with a degree loves Google, their services, and their products.

I guess Google is a lot like him. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

Will tinker with projects that are half baked and then quit on them with no warning.

Mr. "I'll fix it tomorrow"....and we all know.... tomorrow never comes.

The only thing I currently use google for is search, email, youtube, and maps. (always subject to change).

I always keep that in mind. I'll never pay Google for anything. But I will use their "free" services but I will never DEPEND on their free services

Just too unreliable like my brother.

It's 350 off for existing line, 600 off for new line. Bad deal no matter how you look at it

can you turn off data on the flexible plan upon receiving? I plan to use for calls and text only, and use my spectrum service on the 2nd ESIM
