Actual MSRP was $999 just last year so doesn't seem very slick tbh.

Anyone able to compare these vs Precor ellipticals? They look very similar but much lower in cost

I got the 7.0AE three years ago and that thing SUCKS. Within a month of using it, we couldn't use any level over 3 because it felt impossible (20 levels of resistance). They serviced it again a few months after that. The third time they just gave up but to Johnson's credit, they abandoned it in-place and refunded us. Pretty sure there's some flaw in the computer because after another few months, the unit must have reversed its difficulty levels; 20 became the easiest and 1 became hardest.

I got ex 59 for $350 during Christmas, they are pretty good. It was a replacement for AFG which my son broke.btw, I had installed one side incorrectly and it was squeaky, i called the support and they came a day later and ordered a replacement part, and it's working out well.
