Prior to their recent supplier change, that was correct. Since they switched from Kimberly Clark to First Quality (they make Cuties), the price per diaper marginally went up.
Kirkland size 4 are $.24/diaper and this deal is $.23/diaper
Also worth noting the quality on the Kirkland diapers is significantly lower w the new supplier. They get roasted on the reviews and also in the forums.
