Here's my review, I've had this corning ware set for over 30 years. They are excellent baking dishes. Easy to clean, and the perfect sizes for small casseroles and sides. Except for chipping one lid and losing another, I would use this set more. I may just order a new one and gift what's left of the old one to my kids.

I have this set and it is great for warming stuff up in the oven. I put it right in the dishwasher with no prewash. Comes out perfect every time. Had them about 3 years now

this is rarely made of Pyroceram since it was bought out hence all the chipping. The ones your mom have are the real heirlooms.

I decided to try it and hope shipping goes well without damage - in case you don't know or notice, the bigger dishes/containers also come with plastic lids for frig storage.

Vintage Corningware (< mid 1980s) can be found "by the truck load" on many sites.. faves include Poshmark and Mercari.. beware overpriced items from scammers.. ✌️😀

I'd be careful. Companies have notoriously kept the same line but changed it to a far inferior product nowadays. I would be willing to bet your 30 year old set will hold up much longer than this one. Just a guess.

Corning ware is made with a patented process, same as corning glass. It has not changed. It's the same process used for laboratory wares.
