DO NOT BUY THIS. I have spent hours today trying to get this to work. Only can setup with App. This is from android. Once you get the main one set up, the app completely "forgets" the setup and wants to start over again. If you try to add the second (called a satellite) during the initial setup the app just gets stuck at "Next" (cancel works though). This is even a complaint on Arris' support site, so it's a problem that is known. Sending it back and I really hoped for this to work to solve a problem in my home
