Got the ebay refurbished and used it 3 times. Got a 700 sq ft apartment. Uses about 15% battery to mop and vacuum entire place. The deal was 200$ for refurbished but product looks 10/10 new. The app is also very easy to use, good UX. Mapping the house is also simple and the carpet identifying feature is time saver. Definitely would recommend buying.

Got the refurbished from last deal and it was brand new, was more like an open box that had a bit of damage. Get it from ebay

I bought this product 1 week ago and it arrived with a useless water pump, it never mopped the floor, I returned it to Ebay the next day 😵 💫😵 💫😵 💫🥴🥴

Gen2 does not have a RGB camera (it has ir camera and lidar and other stuff). Whether or not you care...

Bought during the eBay $200 refurbished deal.But the product I received is defective. It didn't even vacuum my floor. Hesitant to buy again.

If you venture down this path again, you have to prime the pump to get it to work. Just pop the clear line off in the tank and backfill it with water.
