I've gotta say, I've done some of these deals before, and every time I order them from amazon, they taste stale or out of date. They aren't actually out of date, but they taste that way. I'm not sure if they're storing them incorrectly or what, but I haven't run into this with actual grocery stores. Just wanted to note.

I should also say that I did it with the cheese ones, not peanut butter, which may be more stable, but it's really the crackers that are off.

I bought the 48 pack Ritz cheese crackers just recently and they tasted just fine.
