If you buy it without the S&S you can clip the $1.50 off and then in the confirmation page I was able to get another 5% off by adding S&S (I set the subscription to 6 months from now and I'll cancel it after I get it again) so I paid $8.74 total delivered tomorrow.

Comes out to slightly more per roll as Costco in-store, and slightly less per roll from Costco online. Good deal if you don't want to buy 36 rolls at once from Costco
