$1 per pound is usually considered a good price. This is 40 pounds total for about 85 cents per pound, so this is a great deal IMO.

Just FYI, these dumbbells are coated in rubber.
If you are looking for something more durable (at increased cost), you may want to consider weights coated in urethane. Also applies to weight plates.

Most Costco's are clearancing out their Centr dumbbell sets for $149.97 or less. You can use the app to change inventory, a nearby Costco has them for $122.00 but the app shows none in stock even though they are.

My rule of thumb is a dollar or less per pound is a good deal, especially if new. I see old stuff on Craigslist over priced all the time.
