I bought one last time at this price, and I couldn't be happier with it.
It comes double boxed, with very secure foam blocking inside the factory's inner box. A truss rod wrench is included (a cheap little hex wrench of the correct size). No case, gig bag or any other accessories are included.
Mine is Hudson Sky, and it looks, feels and sounds absolutely beautiful. I haven't found a flaw on it yet. I let mine acclimate in the house for two long days before opening it, and the only adjustment needed was a tuning.
I love the smaller "Les Paul" size of this compared to a full size archtop. Eventually I'll get one of those, too, but this is a step in that direction and a great guitar on its own.
It has been on sale several times over the last six months or so at $549, but only this time and the most recent were this low at $499. Reverb has used ones listed at up to $850.
