imo these are better than the Barebell protein bars that have been popular on here the last month or so. Everyone talked those up, but they fell far below the bar that was set and now I got like 50 of them to eat lol

edit: also good deal on the Ultimate Variety Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J2MM23Z $1 more before coupon. $16.01 with coupon and 15% ss.

Blueberry Muffin
Chocolate Brownie
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (x2)
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Cookies & Cream (x2)
Double Chocolate Chunk
Mint Chocolate Chunk
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
S'mores
White Chocolate Raspberry

I agree and barebells are sweetened with maltitol which is just slightly less on GI index vs regular sugar and has a tendency to cause gas and diarrhea.

Why, WHY do they add sucralose when it already has stevia?

If not for that chemical sweetener, I'd bite.

How much carb it has? 4gms as shown on bar wrapper or 20gms as mentioned on nutrient fact?

I could do without the Mint Chocolate Chunk. Enjoy all the others, but can't stomach those for some reason.

"Recent research shows erythritol may be associated with an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death. But erythritol is on the list of "Generally Recognized as Safe" foods by the FDA. So, long-term safety studies of erythritol aren't required currently"

I will avoid.

Erythritol is one of the most common artificial sweeteners available.
Research shows erythritol may have serious health risks.
Erythritol may be worse for you than table sugar.

Yeah, I ain't touching anything with erythritol in it. I'm fine with the classics, only because my grandma has been drinking diet sodas since the 80s and she turns 90 this year.

These are the ONLY only ones can tolerate. The mint helps digestion, and the caloric makeup is best ratio(s) really.
