I think I bought this same torque wrench from a SD thread a year or two ago, I used it earlier today on a balljoint job.I think I paid somewhere in the ballpark for $20-40.

I have no complaints, it does what it's supposed to, and I keep it dialed down to ~10 ft lbs for storage. I like the case it came in.
